Melanie Blankenship

Melanie Blankenship was born in Bedford, VA.  She moved to Nashville, TN and lived there for 8 years before moving to Montgomery Village, MD.  Melanie obtained her graphic design for advertising AFA degree at Montgomery College.  For 10 years she travelled and did acting and modeling in China, England, California, and more producing hundreds of publications and various short films.  After retiring from the acting industry, she began work as a social media strategist at a mortgage company.  In 2018, Melanie was hired as the full-time Ministry Assistant at First Baptist Church of Rockville.  She also works for the Montgomery Baptist Association as the Media strategist/administrative assistant part-time.  She loves spending time with her fluffy and fun-loving shih tzu dog, Puddin’ and with her family and friends.
